This KCA buttercream recipe is based on Italian meringue buttercream and recommended for piping buttercream flowers. (sturdy & firm!)
*I use regular unsalted buttercream (yellow one), and I always add a tiny amount of white food coloring to change the tone and make it whiter.

Unsalted butter 900g
(butter temperature around 14-16°C)
Water 100g
Sugar (A) 320g
Sugar (B) 20g
Egg white 280g
Vanilla extract 2tsp
*Half the recipe for a smaller cake (6" or below).
