Developmental sparring is where skill meets composure. In this session, I guide two of my clients through controlled rounds—first working with each of them individually, then letting them apply what they’ve learned against each other. The goal isn’t to win rounds—it’s to build confidence, timing, and understanding of distance under real pressure.
