In this video, I’m sharing my first Michelin star dining experience — and it happened to be at Per Se in New York City, a three Michelin star restaurant by Chef Thomas Keller. Matt had been to a Michelin restaurant before (in Spain), but this was a first for me, so we figured we’d sit down and talk through the full experience.
This is a longer, more chatty video where we go course by course and reflect on the service, flavors, and what stood out to us throughout the night.
