In this episode, I visit Per Se, Thomas Keller’s legendary three Michelin-starred restaurant perched above Columbus Circle. Known for its elegant service, French-influenced tasting menus, and sweeping views over Central Park, Per Se remains one of the most iconic dining experiences in NYC.
