Описание:
Napoleon cake is composed of layers of sweet vanilla custard and flaky, buttery puff pastry. After that, it is chilled to let some of the cream seep into the layers of pastry. This cake comes in a variety of forms.
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
150 ml cold water
250 g butter
450 g flour
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
For the cream:
400 g cream
180 g condensed milk
