Day 9 of the Couch to handstand series is all about building consistency in your practice. Handstand training involves many repetitions and as you move through the same exercise again and again you learn new things about that exercise everytime you do it. This also develops patience with ourselves and persistence in our goals. Handstand learning is a long process, part of it's beauty is the slowness and and gradual development.
