Mon - Rest
Tuesday - 32 km Long Run
Wednesday - 1 Hr Recovery Run
Thursday - 1 Hr Base Run with Strides
Friday - Strength & Conditioning / 2.5 km Base Run
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 50 Min Progressive Run
