Now that the fresh green season has arrived, I took my SONICWARE Ambient Ø (zero) to the park and had a little outdoor jam session.
Track 1 carried the chords with pad sounds, while tracks 2 and 3 had the random sequence feature turned on to create some spontaneous phrases.
I also used the built-in mic on my Zoom R8 recorder to capture the ambient sounds of the park, and blended them into the tracks from Ambient Ø.

The gentle breeze rustling through the greenery made for a beautiful afternoon I’m really glad I got to spend it making music.
Ambient Ø is one of my favorite pieces of gear — it’s perfect for turning vague inner landscapes into sound.
