20 MINUTE BEGINNER- FRIENDLY PILATES TO STRENGTHEN AND RELAX
Join me for a gentle beginner-friendly pilates flow mat workout suitable for all levels. Perfect if you are just starting to learn Pilates, want a little refresh or just want a nice 20 min pilates flow class to get your body feeling good. This class will contain both strength and flexibility Pilates movements to give you a full body workout that's gentle on the mind and body.
This session is also Day 2 of my 7 days of Pilates to Reset Mind and Body. The perfect playlist when you just want to get back into regular exercise without any pressure but with an expert to guide you to back safely and with gentle encouragement. Just show up, do your 20 minutes and come back again tomorrow. 🤗
