Batata wa Bayd
There are some recipes that have become part of routine family traditions and delicious potato and egg recipe is one of them. Every weekend my husband wakes up with the kids and together they prepare breakfast- usually they are my husband’s childhood favourite that he loves to share with the boys. Batata wa Bayd, also known as Mfarakeh, is a simple but delicious recipe make with potatoes, eggs and onions. We love having it from breakfast but it is also super delicious any time of the day. Serve with some vegetables, labneh and Zaatar wa Zeit and you have yourself one delicious meal.
