Homemade almond /Badam milk powder is a nutrition rich powder which makes a great health drink . It is sure a healthy alternative to the commercial health drinks .
Health Benefits of almond powder:
*Almond is rich in calcium hence strengthen the bones.
*Helpful for brain development.
strengthens the immune system.
*Keeps the skin glowing.
INGREDIENTS:
Almonds- 1 cup
Cashews - 1/4 cup
Pistachios - 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Saffron - 1 gm
Cardamom - 10 pods
Sugar- 1.5 cups
PREPARATION:
1. Dry roast the nuts in low flame, let it cool down.
2. In a blender add sugar, cardamom and grind into fine powder.
3. Transfer the powdered sugar to a bowl and powder the roasted nuts
4. Now add in powdered sugar along with powdered nuts and shake well, until both get mixed up.
5.Store the almond milk powder in airtight glass container.
