Black gram – 1 tbsp
Black mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Slited Green chillies – 10
Dry red chillies 6-7
Curry leaves – 3 stems
Ground masala
Salt
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Hing – 1 tsp
Tamarind juice
Tamarind juice:

Tamarind – 100gms
Wash and Extract juice
Tamarind juice
Boil for 10 Mins on Medium flame
Boiled rice:
👇
Sona masoori rice – 1 Glass (250gms)
Water wash 2-3 times
Water – 1 ¾ Glasses
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Close lid & Give 3 Whistles
After 3 Whsitles
Well Cooked
Ground masala Ingredients:
👇
Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Menthi – pinch
Black mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Dry red chillies – 4
Black Gram – 1 tsp
Fry for 3 Mins on Medium flame
Cool them & Grind into fine powder
Method of Making:

Oil – 4 tbsp
Ground nuts – half cup
Fry for 1 Min on Medium flame
Bengal gram – 1 tbsp
Fry for 30 seconds on Medium flame
Chopped Ginger – 1 inch
Fry for 30 seconds on Medium flame
Black gram – 1 tbsp
Black mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Fry for 1 Min on Medium flame
Slited Green chillies – 10
Fry for 1 Min on Medium flame
Dry red chillies 6-7
Fry for 1 Min on Medium flame
Curry leaves – 3 stems
Fry for 1 Min on Medium flame
Ground masala
Fry for 30 seconds on Medium flame
Salt
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Fry for 20 seconds on Medium flame
Hing – 1 tsp
Fry for 30 seconds on Medium flame
Tamarind juice
Fry for 4-5 Mins on Medium flame
