Ingredients:
For Kadhai Masala – 1st Step
¼ cup Coriander Seeds
1 tbsp Cumin
8-10 Dried Chilli
½ tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
Gravy Based – 2nd Step
3 Onion ( Roughly Chopped )
8-10 Garlic Cloves
1 piece Ginger
3 Green Chilli
8-10 Cashewnuts
2 Tomotoes ( Cubes )
Water as per required
For Sabji
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Butter
1 Onion ( Cubes )
1 Capsicum ( Cubes )
½ tbsp Kadhai Masala
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1 tbsp Coriander
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
200 gm Paneer
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
Ready Gravy Base
1 tsp Red Chilli
Water as per Required
½ tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Coriander
Salt to taste
