In today’s video we are going to take a look at the 4 horizontal muscle groups essential for our internal scaffolding system to integrate well and allow free movement. These include the foot core, the pelvic floor, the diaphragm and the throat area to include the deep neck flexors and tongue. It is a slow quite inward working video, so only attempt when you have the full 35mims to have some quiet internal focus.
An essential part of building healthy movement.
You will need a tennis ball, gold f ball and a stool or chair.
