Coconut Cake | Baath Cake | Very Tasty & Easy Cake With & Without Oven | Cake for Beginners
Ingredients:
150 gms Desiccated Coconut
200 gms Semolina / Rawa/ Sooji
300 gms grain sugar
4 Eggs (Beaten)
2 Cups (400 ml) boiled milk
60 gms Butter (Amul)
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Rose Essence
1/2 tsp Almond Essence
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
2 six inches cake tins
Half recipe can be made from this, just divide the ingredients by 2
Bake in pre-heated oven @ 170-degree C. for 35 to 40 minutes
Bake on Gas Stove in pre-heated vessel with sand/salt for 40 to 45 minutes or till done.
