Strengthen your entire core in this 10 Min Hard Kettlebell Abs Routine together! 💪🏼
Vocal cue for next exercise coming up so you don't need to look at the screen. All exercises are floor based, no standing exercises.
This workout is targeted for strong beginners/intermediates, the heavier the weight the harder the workout. I recommend adding this workout to your routine if you're looking to strengthen your core and abs, reduce lower back pain and improve your posture.
➡️ You can use dumbbells if you don't have kettlebells.
Workout Description: 2 Rounds, 7 Workouts, 45 Seconds on, no rest, 30 secs between rounds
