Join me for this 39 Minute Full Body Mat Pilates Workout! We're using a set of hand weights in this workout for a few exercises to add some extra spice - I've got 2 x 1 kg toning balls, but you could also use a 1-2kg pair of dumbbells or even 2 cans of vegetables from the pantry!
