Cheeseburger Parm
12 Oz Ground Beef (Salt and Pepper to taste)
2 Tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan (divided in half)
4 Slices Mozzarella
1) Shape your ground beef into patties and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook until desired doneness.
2) Place a pan over medium heat and add in the butter, garlic, italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt. Cook these together until the butter is melted.
3) Once the butter is melted, add the cream and bring to a simmer. Let simmer until the cream can coat the back of a spoon. Once it does, turn off the heat and add 1/4 cup the parmesan cheese and whisk to combine.
4) Set your oven to broil. Place your burgers into a heat safe pan and top with your sauce, 2 slices mozzarella, and some parmesan cheese. Broil for around 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
Taco Bowl
12 Oz Ground Beef
2 tsp Taco Seasoning
2 Tbsp Salsa
1) Place the beef into a pan set over medium high heat along with the taco seasoning and 3/4 Cup Water. Cook this while breaking up the beef constantly until the water has evaporated, or abotu 4 minutes. Once the water has evaporated, add the salsa and stir to combine. Top with whatever toppings your heart desires.
Easy Taco Seasoning
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Granulated Onion
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Ground Cumin
Swedish Meatballs
1 Lb Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Parmesan, Grated
1 Egg
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1) Add the beef, parmesan, egg, black pepper, salt, garlic, and nutmeg into a mixing bowl and mix by hand for 1-2 minutes or until the ingredients are distributed evenly. Scoop into even sized meatballs.
2) Sear in a pan set over medium heat on 2 sides. Once seared, removed from the pan to make the sauce.
Sauce
2 Cups Beef Stock
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 tsp Mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
3) Keep the pan over medium heat and add the beef stock. Scrape the bottom of the pan with a spatula to remove the fond. Once the stock is simmering, add the sour cream, mustard, worcestershire, and nutmeg. Reduce until slightly thickened.
4) Add the meatballs back to the pan and let cook for 2 more minutes and serve.
