This channel is all about helping people bake better by understanding baking ingredients, processes and a little bit of the science behind it all without boring you too much with technical overload. I am a graduate of the American Institute of Baking and have years of experience working in the industrial and commercial baking sector for both national and regional companies in my home country of Canada.
I started this channel when I noticed that mixed in with many good baking videos was a major percentage of channels with little to no baking education. Fast talking, cook book bakers teaching people how to bake by selling wrong or incomplete information, poor process and baking science they don't even understand was a key factor in the development of NO BS Baking.
