Hello guys!

I was very passionate about languages and food since an early age and have been lucky enough to live, study and work in the US, Germany and Japan. Food ruled my life and in 2012, I jumped from being a food blogger to becoming a sushi chef in the Tokyo Sushi Academy. 2017 I opened my very personal restaurant project Peko Peko @pekopekobao here in Madrid. There I shared my passion for Asian street food until october 2019.
