Kae Bender Yoga
Videos feature basic, gentle yoga practices based on traditional poses without the jargon. Most sessions start with a warm up that works the spine in its 6 directions (forward bends, backbends, lateral movements, and twists) and end with a final twist to balance and align the body and your energy, followed by a short meditative relaxation. Between, each session focuses on practices related to the Title, either focusing on a body part, a yoga pose, or a kind of movement. I've been teaching yoga since 1998. I'm certified in Amrit Yoga (Meditation in Motion) as well as specialized training in Chakra Yoga (energy centers), Yoga Nidra (certified in Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra) deep meditative relaxation, and other eclectic energy practices.
