I share the lessons learned from a 40 year career in sales management and consulting. I have worked for two of the largest consumer products companies in the world and small, successful, entrepreneurial company that expanded a small retail category into a major retail segment.
This company also developed and implemented the single greatest work culture I have ever experienced or heard about. This channel content will explore the creation of that important and beneficial culture in great detail. We will review and explain the 7 principles that drove this companies internal and external cultural environment.
My experiences have taught me that there are few things more important than the overall environment and workplace culture of any company, no matter its size. I offer real-world advice on the challenges of adjusting, evaluating and managing a company culture. I understand the importance of verbal and written business communications after writing 8 books.
