I’m Ainslie, and I’m so excited you’re here. I started my Pilates journey after tearing my ACL, following 20 years of playing soccer. Through Pilates, I rebuilt my strength and confidence, which led me to complete my teacher training with Balanced Body. I also have a degree in nutrition and health promotion, so I’m all about helping you feel strong from the inside out!
