Hi 👋 I’m Holly—a movement specialist, 500 E-RYT + YACEP yoga instructor, dancer, wife, dog lover & lifelong learning enthusiast. I help people feel strong, capable & at home in their bodies through creative movement that makes sense.
Here you’ll find mobility training at home, yoga for joint mobility, functional mobility exercises, & inversion-free yoga to support strength, body awareness & longevity. With a dance background & experience breaking down movement, I offer thoughtful cues so you can move better—not just more.
