Welcome! I'm Dr. Beth, an over 55 certified yoga teacher and licensed clinical psychologist. My teaching blends hatha, yin, gentle, somatic, and trauma-sensitive yoga styles with mindfulness skills. I am especially passionate about sharing yoga routines appropriate for beginners, restarters, seniors, and ANYONE who thinks they can't do yoga.
