Wildwood Mindfulness is a channel dedicated to sharing mindfulness-based practices with the intention of helping individuals connect with their inner goodness and radiate it this to the world. The more we practice being present and compassionate toward ourselves, the more we are able to extend this to others, our community, and our environment. The founder of this channel is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT-200), and 10+year practitioner of meditation. May you be safe, healthy, happy, and at ease.
