I have always had a passion for movement and exercise for as long as I can remember, and while high intensity cardio workouts are something I love, yoga and pilates have been an awakening force in my life that showed me it's ok to slow down, and move in a way that supports not only my body, but my mind. I teach virtually, as well as in person through group and private training sessions in Toronto.
