Hi everyone and welcome to my channel! My name is Mikaela and I am a certified barre instructor. I started my barre journey as a student in the summer of 2023. Not long after, I received my barre teacher certification and have been teaching ever since. My workouts are 3-30 minutes long and require little or no equipment, making them perfect for your insanely busy days.
As you move with me, I encourage you to find a balance of working hard while nurturing your body the way it needs. Please take breaks when you need to and move in a way that feels good. I'm so excited to have you all move with me!
