Let's target our cores for 20 minutes on the Pilates reformer!
This is a great video for anyone looking to improve core strength and work on their abs.
The setup for today will have our headrests down, handles on and foot bar up.
I'll be using the green spring on my Balanced Body reformer, which equates to one heavy and one light spring.
Don't forget to grab your ball and meet me on your reformer!
