Have you seen people finish off ribs in Foil and wonder why or if there was another way to do it?? In this video we just have some fun cooking some ribs and experimenting different way to season and finish them off either in Butcher's Paper or Foil.
the seasoning we used was a mixture of Killer Hogs the BBQ rub, kosher salt, and corse ground black pepper. we cooked the ribs sided by side on a 22in Weber Smokey Mountain around 280 degrees for apron 5.5 to 6 hours
