Nell’ottavo episodio abbiamo incontrato il Pastry Chef Yann Couvreur, artigiano della pasticceria, dove il rispetto del prodotto e la precisione dei sapori rappresentano il fulcro della sua pasticceria.
Per lui la pasticceria è una carta bianca, dove ogni giorno il pasticcere scrive la sua storia in piena libertà.
