Welcome to KEIKOFLEX! This 10 min at home walking and muscle strength workout is the perfect beginner workout routine to stay in shape, boost energy, and build strength without any equipment at home! We’ll alternate between walking moves and bodyweight strength exercises (40 seconds on / 20 seconds transition) for a fun, non stop flow! You just need a little space, a wall for push ups, and a mat for floor work.
