12 minute follow-along Tabata workout! This one is a CHALLENGE!! All you need is your body and a jump rope to have a challenging and effective workout that will get your heart pumping! Get ready for the ultimate sweat sesh!! This is a high-impact cardio-based workout that can be modified to your own unique athletic level! Let's get ready to sweat 💦
This is a TABATA style workout. We will perform three different tabatas. Each tabata is eight total rounds and two exercises. Each exercise is 20 sec long and 10 sec of rest. Rest 30 sec between tabatas.
TABATA DETAILS
Each Tabata: 8 Total Rounds (20 sec work/10 sec rest)
No Rest between Rounds but Rest 30 sec between Tabatas
