It's crazy to think we work ourselves so hard, that self care days, even hours, are a rare luxury. We'd like to change that. We want everyone to experience the sweet relief of discovering balance in wellness. Our workouts shouldn't be wearing us out, they should be building us up. Don't worry, we still like to workout hard, but these days we like to rest hard too.
