This strength-based lower body gym workout focuses on your quads and glutes. This is the exact workout that I do as a personal trainer and it should take you anywhere from 30-60 minutes. Let's grow those LEGS!! This is a low-impact, strength-based workout that can be modified to your own unique athletic level! Just get ready to sweat 💦
WORKOUT DETAILS:
Perform EACH exercise for the recommended reps and sets. The last two reps should feel difficult but still manageable with good form. Feel free to increase or decrease the number of reps to fit your needs. Rest 60-90 seconds between sets.

1:33 Step Ups + Balance x 3 sets / 10 reps EA
3:27 Lateral Lunges x 3 sets / 10 reps EA
4:34 Superset 1A - Wall Sit + Adduction Squeeze x 3 sets / 60 sec
5:38 Superset 1B - Goblet Squat x 3 sets / 10 reps
6:07 Superset 2A - Cable Abductions (L) x 3 sets / 20 reps
6:43 Superset 2B - Cable Kickbacks (L) x 3 sets / 20 reps
