A more solid day requires a decent breakfast, more food spread throughout the day, good hydration because its so hot and a eating plan for the day. Trying to reach 80 grams of carbs per hour. Its not as difficult as it sounds and you can easily achieve this if you pay attention to what you put in as fuel.
I share an easy tip for taking some extra drink mix with and also my effort on the bike for the day.
