While walking 6,000 steps, I talk through how I approach training in four different situations. This isn’t a strict guide, but it might give you some ideas for how you could structure your own workouts depending on what’s going on in your life.
The four situations I cover:
💪 Short-Term Challenges – when I’m aiming for a specific short term goal, like abs challenge oder upper body challenge
💪 Long-Term Goals – focused, sustainable progress over time
💪 Maintenance Mode – keeping things steady during busy periods
💪 Training on Holidays – staying active in a relaxed way
This video’s more of a casual reflection than a tutorial, but it might help spark some thoughts around your own training approach.
