Learn how to make oversized maraschino cherry chocolate ganache cake pops to dress this poppin' cake ... you'll never guess what the stems are made of! (I even included the steps twice, to make sure you noticed it!)
Red ganache recipe:
100g heavy cream
270g white chocolate chips (or chopped)
30g semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips (or chopped)

Heat the cream to steaming, and pour over the combined chocolates...stir until combined (use a double-boiler to gently melt if the cream isn't sufficiently warm to melt all the chocolate)...
