Welcome back to Episode 3 of Mission: Sub 40!
In this episode, I’m tackling training from the perspective of a heavier runner – sharing how I balance out the volume with carrying a bigger frame while chasing faster times leading up to cheshire half marathon and the end goal Knutsford 10km
