This class is designed to bring your thoughts onto paper to help process our all consuming minds. In each class we will move our bodies to bring connection of body and breath. Class will always end with a 15-20 minute guided meditation that can be done seated or lying down.
Mindfulness gives us the opportunity to slow down and calm the nervous system helping us to become less reactive to stressors.
You will need a journal/pen, props like pillows, blankets and open and curious mind.
