Day 98 of my Calisformation journey.
Coming back from a deload week is always tricky. Today started strong—I even matched my Push-up PR of 35 reps in the first set! But during Pike Push-ups, my body gave me a warning signal.
I felt a sharp pinch under my shoulder blade. In calisthenics, there is a golden rule: you can train through fatigue, but NEVER through a pinch. I had to adapt on the fly, swapping my finisher and focusing on recovery.
My Full Workout (Day 98 - Adjusted):
Warm-up: Full body mobility (10 min)
Wall Handstand Holds: Practice (Max hold ~30 sec)
Push-ups (Endurance): 3 x AMRAP (35, 25, 25 reps) (Rest: 120 sec)
Feet-Elevated Deficit Pike Push-ups: STOPPED early due to injury scare (Set 2)
L-Sit Hold Practice: 5 sets x 9-18 sec holds (Rest: 60 sec)
Tabata Finisher (Modified): Bicycle Crunches (Legs only) - 8 rounds 20s/10s
