It's the final day of the 2024 Bootcamp and we are back with another 20 min workout. Again in this workout we have another 20 exercises, splicing resistance work and cardio with our dumbbells and bodyweight
One final sweat and fat burn.
You know the drill with this week , 20 no repeat exercises. 40 Seconds of each with just 15 secs rest time
With a few pretty tough little exercises thrown in there to make this a tough one
So are we ready to finish strong? Of course we are. Grab those dumbbells and let's smash it
