Another awesome 20 min FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT focusing again our on our strength and conditioning
As we hit Workout 4 of week 1 already in the Jan Xpress Bootcamp. A full body dumbbell workout that covers a little bit of everything.
Again we are going to kick off the workout with some total body Conditioning tabata using the dumbbells and our bodyweight
Getting that heart rate up , sweat flowing and fat burning. Before moving onto our resistance work with the dumbbells to sculpt and tone those muscles
Total Body Conditioning - 25 secs work - 10 secs rest
3 conditioning exercises in total to get that heart rate racing and sweat flowing

Resistance Work - 25 secs work - 10 secs rest
In our resistance part of the workout we will again be hitting an upper body exercise , a lower body exercises and then a core exercises to target each area of the body
Focusing on different exercises and muscle groups than the previous workout
