Join me for this 15 min TEMPO upper body dumbbell workout that is also a No repeat workout

So what is Tempo with this upper body dumbbell workout?

Well we will be doing 2 exercises per muscle group and each exercise will be performed for 20 reps

But with the first 10 reps we will be hitting a slow and controller 3-2-1 tempo and with the final 10 reps we will be hitting a quicker 1-1-1 speed tempo

First 10 reps = 3-2-1 Tempo

Last 10 reps = 1-1-1 Tempo

So a 3-2-1 tempo for example might mean the chest press meaning we lower the weight over a 3 second period , hold at the bottom for 2 seconds and explode up in 1 second

1-1-1 tempo meaning 1 second down, 1 sec hold , 1 second up, fast paced reps

We will be hitting the Chest , back , shoulders, triceps and biceps in a quick blast that take around 15 minutes or just over

If you have a selection of dumbbells that will be great as with some exercises you will be able to lift heavier than others

But just work with what you have got
