How to do manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) for yourself. I made this video for my patients with lymphedema in one arm - those with lymphedema in both arms or their legs should only do the areas we talked about together. Everyone else should check with their lymphedema specialist for whether to do self-MLD and whether they should make any adjustments. I'm using techniques learned at Robyn Bjork's "Modern MLD" course.
