How to reverse diet without weight gain - Update 10 (week 12)
This week was a super busy week with a trip from Florida to California. I had my powerlifting meet, a couple of podcasts at The Mind pump in San Jose and Mark Bells The Power Project in Sacramento. And when in wine country you have to visit the Napa Valley so we scheduled a half day trip to check out the vinyards for some wine tasting and site seeing!
With so much going on, almost all my meals were out of the home, with the exception of my breakfast and a snacks. Biolayne and I are also sponsored by Icon Meals so we usually have our meals sent to our hotel which is super convenient when we have lots of work to catch up on and dont have time to prepare something.

I have increased my macros again this week from
last weeks 65 P - 215 C -65 Fats - body weight 66.7kg
up to
165 P - 225 C - 70 F
No significant weight regain, I'm 500g up from week 1 but a 700 calorie increase so far! MY training volume has also significantly DECREASED so you tell me.
Metabolic adaption can be a great thing when adaptations take place in the right direction, just as you can see here - the same phenomenon can take place if you conservatively reduced your calorie intakes over time, resulting in minimal weight loss and low calorie intakes - So make this ist you!
