This class is made for beginners but I add challenges for those who have been lifting for a while. So truly this workout is for everyone. The class starts with a 10 minute warm up (yoga moves) and then we go into 6 rounds of tabata for the upper body and abs
1. bicep curls
2. tricep extensions
3. Chest press (1 arm)
4. Rows (1 arm)
5. Shoulder Press
6. Planks
Cool down with yoga stretches
Will need weights
This workout can be done standing, sitting in a chair, or on a stability ball. You can do this kneeling and the chest press can be done on the floor, a bench or stability ball. The planks can be done on the floor or using a wall.
