These pilates leg exercises are perfect for lengthening and toning the muscles, without adding bulk, which is great as well for better mobility and flexibility. In this 30 minute Pilates Legs workout, we focus on strengthening the thighs, glutes and hamstrings.
When you focus on the quality of each movement over the quantity of reps, 30 minutes is the perfect amount of time for a well-rounded lower body workout. We’ll start out with standing leg exercises, then continue down onto the mat for a variety of lower body pilates movements.
