Garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Ketchup – ½ cup

Soy sauce – 2 tbsp

Chili garlic sauce – 2 tbsp

Vinegar – 1 tbsp

Sugar – 1 tbsp

Cornflour – 1 tbsp (mixed in ¼ cup water)

Capsicum cubes – 1 cup

Onion cubes – 1 cup

Salt – to taste

Black pepper – 1 tsp

Fried Rice:
Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and sauté lightly.
Add vegetables and stir-fry on high flame for 2–3 minutes.

Add egg (if using), scramble quickly.
Add cooked rice, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and black pepper.

Toss well on high heat until everything is well combined.

Chicken Shashlik:

Heat oil, add garlic paste and chicken cubes. Cook until chicken turns white.

Add ketchup, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Add capsicum and onion cubes.

Pour in cornflour slurry and cook until sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
