This is a full body circuit that we are doing in the studio this month for our May beach body bootcamp. For best results, do this 5 times a week, repetition is key to getting stronger! To intensify, repeat this circuit twice!
Pro tip: Form is everything, always use control and precision through each movement. Move with intention. Whatever you do, stay consistent! The more you repeat an exercise, the better you will get at it!
